Job responsibilities:
Be responsible for telephone switchboard service, front desk reception, reception and reception of guests;
Handle customer repair, follow-up, return visit and maintain customer relationship.
System input, tracking and customs clearance ensure the accuracy of system data.
Be responsible for commodity storage management and logistics management.
Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Job requirements:
College degree or above, with unlimited majors and more than one year of work experience.
Engaged in IT industry, service industry and other related work.
Have good communication and coordination skills and be proficient in various manners
Be familiar with various office software.
Have strong strain capacity, coordination capacity and pressure resistance;

Job responsibilities:
Assist team initiative to build comprehensive database of Houston market’s demand-side economy.
Work with team to gather, input, and verify data so that existing database gains viable accuracy.
Begin roll-out of reports using data of which is immediately leverageable to develop prospect and client relationships.
Works independently or with minimal supervision to accomplish tasks.
Prepare regular status reports to outline personal progress as well as missing data to be provided by team.
Modifying data infrastructure to accelerate the processes of data analysis and reporting.
Reviewing existing data entries to ensure accuracy and quality.
Developing standards of operation when handling and archiving data.
Job requirements:
Ability to work with and apply statistical concepts.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Detail oriented and takes accountability for and pride in work product.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and data management software (Notion database preferred).
Strong ability to learn new software programs, in particular those specific to managing and analyzing databases.
Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from internal stakeholders or management in a client-service oriented and timely fashion.
Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information to managers or other internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated with proven experience in setting team objectives and following up persistently.
